For my friends up in NYC. Mandy, this is your boss I guess? I like the idea. I know it might not go over well with my conservative friends (who like the pull your self up with your own bootstraps philosophy,) but I still like it. Like the guy says, it worked in Dallas, which is more than can be said of the "No Child Left Behind" program from Bush's brain. Why didn't they have this around when I went to school? Am I wrong, or does every teacher hate that program?
(This was not intended to be a political post, just thought that this Kline guy might be on to something, that's all.)
