Since these 2,000 FEMA mobile homes couldn't be used for Katrina victims, Congress decided to use them for Indians in need of shelter in South Dakota. The homes couldn't be used because most of the victims were in a flood plain, and regulations wont allow them to be put there. So although it sucks for those still on the Gulf, at least there being used for some good. Wow, Congress can actually do something productive! Congrats Sen. Johnson.
